  I contacted Milner & Orr in the first half of February regarding funeral arrangements for my brother. I spoke with Susan initially. She was very sympathetic and helpful, explaining their product offerings. Next, I spoke with Brandon, after my brother passed. He also was very sympathetic and helpful. He explained how my brother would be cared for by their staff, and assisted me with the paperwork that needed to be completed. When I arrived to take possession on my brother’s cremains, Ashley was

 I had the nicest ladies help me and they were so kind and compassionate 

 In 2008 my nephew passed away in a drowning accident. Milner and Orr covered the cost of his funeral completely. Which ill never forget. Sadly we have had to use them many more times since then but just the gracious act of covering my nephews funeral meant so much. They are good people. Just taking the strain off my family of funeral cost for a child meant the world. We have had my brother, my daddy, and just a few days ago my sisters funeral. They go above and beyond to help. I hope to not to
